Terms of Service

Terms governing use of the Zalvant website and our implementation services.

Last updated: 26 May 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to zalvant.com and related pages operated by Zalvant, an AI implementation company based in the Netherlands (“Zalvant”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing our website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that impairs performance, or use automated tools to abuse features such as the live AI demo or contact forms.

Content on this site (text, visuals, branding) is owned by Zalvant or used with permission. You may not copy or redistribute it without our written consent.

3. Services & engagements

Descriptions of our AI implementation services on this site are informational. A binding engagement requires a separate written agreement (statement of work, proposal, or contract) that defines scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we deliver custom software and integrations that you own upon handover, subject to third-party licences (e.g. model providers, cloud platforms).

4. Live AI demo

The homepage AI demo is provided for illustration only. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on demo responses for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

We may rate-limit or suspend the demo to protect our infrastructure and API usage.

5. Liability

The website and demo are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Zalvant is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Our total liability for website-related claims is limited to €100 unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require a different forum.

7. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.

Questions: contact us via the Contact page on this website.
